-We will help the client decide on the design of their dreams.

-Once a design is chosen by the client and the price is agreed upon, the client must sign the contract, and put a 50% deposit down, via PayPal.

-We then manufacture the stencils needed to create your desired staircase risers and/or work of art.

-Once that is complete, we will contact the client to get approval of the design before we begin the work.

-After the riser and/or artwork is complete, we will once again, go back to the client, for a final approval.

-Once the final approval is given and then signed off on, the remaining balance is owed in full, again, via PayPal.

-If approval by the client was given, the riser and/or artwork is then coated two (2) times with a clear water-based Polycrylic protective coat, to prevent paint chipping or getting nicked, if hit with a shoe. It will also make getting scuff marks caused by shoes to come off easier.
     * A light wiping with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser is recommended for getting out any scuff marks.  

-The client's risers and/or artwork are then wrapped and packaged with the utmost of care, so that there is no movement allowed within the box.

-The package/s are then sent out the next business day. All packages are certified and insured.

-Once the client receives their order:
     * The client should first unpack their risers and/or artwork, lay them on a flat surface for a minimum of 72 hours, so that they can acclimate to the new climate.

-After the acclimation process:
      * If the client ordered wall hanging artwork, they can then take their artwork to get framed if they so choose, or hang it as is, using the saw tooth hanger, supplied by us.

* Because of the nature of these items being custom and/or personalized, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns.
